About your coach

Kendra Hasse

Hi, I’m Kendra, heart-coach, facilitator and retreat leader. Over the past 3 years, I’ve helped people across the world transform their relationship with themselves and food through my Heart-Connection Methodology, “The heart inhabitants”.

I know what it feels like to wake up every day stuck in the cycle of emotional eating, self-judgment, and feeling out of control with food.  For more than 10 years, I was trapped in the exhausting cycle of emotional eating, food guilt, and self-sabotage. I tried everything—diets, therapy, willpower—yet nothing gave me lasting freedom. I thought the answer was more control, but the real solution was self-trust, self-love, and reconnecting with my heart.

Now, I live a life beyond my wildest dreams—not just for myself, but for the women and men worldwide I’ve guided through my retreats and coaching. I wake up feeling light and free, eat with ease and joy, and no longer let food define my worth. And now, I’m here to help YOU do the same.
